Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was at a incident at Agios Drug dealer, i got this man in cuffs as we all had witnessed him fleeing from the scene. Later on his friend comes along and the guy in the handcuffs asks his friend to repair his vehicle. I said no as i didnt want it to be driven away. He then got in his red offroad and ran me over. I said 'Please don't do that' he then went into the truck as it was unlocked and got a MX out and shot me in the head without any communication. I then asked him to come to The Police/rebel Liason room, he didnt respond and didnt come onto TS. (Sorry for the bad quality video)
