The player rammed me as I was driving towards legions square and then after giving the player a ticker he decided to just ram me again with out any reason. I feel that the first ram was definitely intentional, but the second ram was just to either get a chase or to annoy me.

The first ram was an accident i came round a corner and then hit you, then when you had your lights on i pulled over and talked to you. Then when you gave me a ticket i was about to drive off when one of your boys insulted me and my friends so i rammed your friend and ran away. Then i wasn't expecting to run into my friends at the other end and i got in his car and we got away. My buddy has Video of what happened over the other end of the bridge if needed.

A cop insulted you so you decided to crash into them... @sambrisc after being pulled over by the police and being let off with a ticket you do something like that... I suggest you think how you roleplay in future as this isn't good enough. 

Action Taken - (G1.1) Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (Running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered RVDM.
