Please (in detail) describe the incident: At around 16:28 hours I along with another police Unit were in pursuit of a white in colour local cheetah. This pursuit had been going on for several minutes and had entered a dead end. I slow down as there is nowhere the vehicle can go at which point a red in colour local vehicle being driven by 130 intentionally rams into the rear of me sending me off my bike without any form of RP. This vehicle is then driven in an unrealistic manor off of the roof of the building. The pursuit continues on the occupants of the original vehicle who have not changed vehicles and it decamps off of Alta Street. As I am arriving to the location I see the two individuals who were in the red vehicle previously pull up on a black in colour motorcycle. As they have already tried to kill me I begin a taser challenge with 130 failing to comply and thus being tased. 147 pulls a knife and tries to stab me as I am restraining 130. I am able to tase 147 however he combat logs. 130 becomes quite aggressive and says the N word repeatedly while int he back of the police car. He is asked to stop in OOC multiple times. he then says in OOC "Hail Hitler" 130 also says if he is not released he will combat log. 147 has returned by this point and runs off before I believe combat logging again when it is clear he is surrounded by firearms officers and stuck on a roof. 130 is transported to the police station where he combat logs in the cells.
