I was arrested by those cops at Kavala, stole their co-leagues an police SUV they caught me and I was escorted to Kavala PD.
Was transported by heli to HMP prison and I asked for Dave for his footage since I believed he searched me when I was detained before letting me or asking my permission for it.
Later Jordan said that he took my pen and paper and I can not write nots anymore, I told him that it was powergaming and he denied.
Even later when I tried to resolve it he denied.
I talked with an admin (Jefke. V) and he said that it was indeed powergaming.

Since you don't go into much detail i will.

Dave, duck and I were RPing in the green zone and having some fun when Dr. iamCool parked up and pulled someone out of his car and ran over to us telling us that the man he had restrained tried to rob him as we didn't have any evidence i asked Dr. iamCool to release the man were he them ran off put him in his car and drove away we tried to chase him but we crashed and lost him.

I am replying as you imply me in your report. You say you tried to resolve, first of all in my eyes there was nothing to resolve other than you being salty about being sent to prison and this report is some kind of joke.

We first came across you when you had brought a man in to the green zone in zip ties telling us that he tried to rob you... there was no evidence of this so we asked you to let him go you ran off with him and drove off, This in my eyes comes under rule. (6.1.6) You must not exploit the green zone to avoid ongoing hostile roleplay. Retreating into a green zone is forbidden.  Green zones are “Safe” areas where players are able to convene without hostile interruption. They are not safe havens from the law however, Police can attempt to arrest you.

we came to ts to speak with you, first of all you showed disrespect to the PCSO that came to the liaison with myself and Jordan, you told him you would not continue unless he left, we agreed and he left. we then proceeded to talk to you about what the problem was, then Chief Constable Dredd arrived which is the correct procedure that in a liaison there must be a Chief Inspector+ present.

You then asked him if he was involved in which he tried to explain to you that that's how the liaison worked, you then said ''Ok fuck it im not going to resolve it with you boys'' you then left the room and about 5 seconds later you sent me a message on ts saying. ''Thanks for failing to resolve'' i found this quite ironic as it seemed you were the one who left the room and did not want to resolve using foul language just before you left.

How ever this can all be seen/heard in the evidence that has been provided by SGT Jordan.

Now getting on to the part where you say i searched you without saying anything, you can clearly hear me say ''i'm just going to have a quick look in your bag sir whilst we wait'' the audio messed up a little on the recording but this would not of happened in game as it was the recording software that failed so you would of heard this perfectly well in game.

Just to add, This report has to do with you( Jordan )  powergaming.

You are not helping with everything you wrote...

It has nothing to do with your actions.

 
I'm not sure why this is a report if im honest with you.

"Writing notes" is just a way of talking OOC to someone. So yes he physically cant tell you to stop writing notes you have every write to do so, even if he claims to have taken you pen and paper.

But with jordan just saying he took your pen and paper i cant see any rules that have been broken. Yes he could of taken a pen and paper from you in RP. But writing notes is OOC so who cares?
