Thank you to both parties for your patience.
This is a rather interesting one and there will be a few points here for people to bring into the future.
What i want to make abundantly clear to the Police is that you have the responsibility to contact the staff team IF you really need to go, and/or if the staff team is unavailable you contact the opposing party in that situation as a last resort. This is to avoid bringing the numbers under 15 or 10. (And yes this counts for Poseidon for their heists aswell).
A point in the Saturday's Police meeting will be raised about this and the staff team expects the Police to abide by this.
@Toma , you logged out as the last Police Officer. As your record is clean with no bans and this situation will sett a precedence towards future dealings of this sort, you will be warned for 1.7, Common Sense. Bringing the number to less than 10 Police Officers during an active AR Weapon Cache.
Action Taken^
For any future player reports or obervations by the staff team the player logging out bringing Faction Numbers to below 10 for an AR Weapon Cache, RBA international or Drug Stash will be banned. This is your responsebility and the precedence is set.

Although this rule is for the HM, Both RBA International and AR Weapon Cache is to staff terms regarded as a "minor" heist. It requires to some extent planning, but also a considerable amount of Police Offiers to even be done (10 in this case). As this situation is clearly not over and active, logging off would be bringing the numbers to below 10 and therefore stopping the heist. Common sense will apply here and is something we are very much prepared enforce with a ban as rule 8.1.6 and 8.2.6 states.
