The player was brought to the police station just before the restart by a group of rebels to report he was asking them where to buy a weapon, they were trying to get him arrested and I began to question that simply looking to buy a weapon isn't necessarily a crime as he could be looking to buy a pistol when he began typing profanity in direct chat. Breaking both rules 1.4 and 3.3.
