Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was at NPAS dealing with Simon when i got shot in the blue zone by Jacob (already banned for that) while Simon is lying next to me officers approach him and tase him/restrain him (I belive from their point of view he was standing) when Simon combat loggs. Incident occurs at around 00:30 the rest is police dealing with Jacob and me humming. I did not try to resolve the incident before reporting as it would be a waste of time since this guy knew what he was doing.

Righto, that is quite blantent attempt at saving himself so indeed combat logging. Alongside his friends who decides to RDM and break a zone rule.
