Well the video is pretty self explanatory... We started off by robbing these two fellas and whilst we were robbing they complied and broke a rule straight away the OOC rule... We was forced to shoot him as he pulled a weapon on my friend and we let the other guy go. After that they come back straight away and start VDMING me... I couldn't stop laughing which is the reason why my vehicle was stopping at times then eventually he killed me but was revived by a medic a couple of mins later.(When watching the video watch it from the start to the 3rd minute and then skip to the 7th minute because in-between that is just a load of random stuff)

@Andrewp1232 Having reviewed all the evidence I have came to a decision.

Starting off with SK. It was a very clear cut case of vdm and as such he will be receiving a ban for it.

Rinok. Being the passenger in the hemmet there was no rule break from him and there will be no further action.

However, looking into your video properly there was a couple of other questionable things. You where very recently unbanned so should know the rules fairly well. Just before the hit that caused you to die you reversed into the truck a couple of time and had very questionable driving yourself. The other issue is yourself whilst downed in-game you were talking to your friends on teamspeak telling them to come kill him. That is a clear rule break 5.4 for specifically this section While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. The exception to this is information spoken in direct chat in game. Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly.

As such yourself will also be receiving a ban for 5.4
