Please (in detail) describe the incident
Skully was driving around Vdm'ing people with Zil as a passenger and so myself and a couple other officers spiked them. They continued to drive and when they eventually did stop they both combat logged after being restrained / tazed. The video beneath shows them combat logging. I may have evidence for the VDM also but it was easier to get the evidence for the combat logging for now. They were not in Teamspeak or in-game so I was unable to attempt to resolve it.
