Please (in detail) describe the incident: Let me just start by saying with Slavs ID 183 and 196 the medical RP was great after. However it does not excuse how we ended up in the situation.
This is not aimed at them (Unless they are the next part described) its aimed at the group and who ever decided to take the first shot as per all RDM reports only the first shooter is responsible the rest who follow are reacting to RP!

So myself and Bart where asked to go on a prison transport with a Slav as they are known to intercept the convoy. Usually on all previous convoys they have been somewhere like at the front to allow for contact to be made. But for some reason this time it was different.
So we drove up to the prison with him resulting in us getting spiked. Fair, We slow down and there is a road block. Thinking they would stop us there and start RP. Instead they used the spikes as a form of combat RP and within 2 seconds of me hitting spikes. My car was shot at. By this point I had not spoken to a single slav.
Since I could only get the ID of the two who stopped to do medical I am unsure who shot first. But shots where shot at myself, Bart and Kris who's IDs are 116, 188 and 114 respectively. I understand that needs some digging.

No Liaison was attempted because this is not the first time we have had Slavs shoot very quickly in a scene, One player alone has informed me they have spoken to this group on 3 separate occasions but they seem to still lack the awareness to make some sort of RP before shooting.

Hello Eliana I believe i was the first one to shoot in that RP scene with my SNS pistol the reason behind the shot at the ARV wasnt because i was intentionally trying to cut the RP short by no stretch of the imagination. but the Firearm ARV which i believe was Kris Mac Was Charging At Me At Well Over 100+ MPH yes you could argue what am i doing in the road at that time the bin truck was suppose to be a blockade but due to locals ramming into the bin truck i had little time to place the bin truck back to its orignal position but as we got word over radio that you was coming over the bridge as i was about to move it again i decided to take the first shot not only to try and protect myself but also trying to free a fellow slav member.

@reeosoo you and Jayce Toothpick (if you could nudge him to view it would be appreciated) was up on the hill to the right hand side when shots were first fired at the Police. In the video you two and @Leon Soprano were visibly seen on the roadblock.

@Leon Soprano provided his point of view, are you able to share yours if you have it? Additionally @reeosoo you are seen outside the vehicle positioned on the hill with a weapon in hand did you open fire on the Police after they were spiked? Remember that honesty is the best policy!

Hello Mason!

I cannot provide my POV of this encounter as I personally did not think (at the time) that a rule was broken and I do not clip sessions. I'm still not 100% sure if I was the first person to start shooting as I only started to shoot like everyone else when Adam said down the radio "GO GO GO" , signifying us to open fire. I was on the hill without the possibility to know what is being said to you and what isn't. This is why I went off from the callout. I have spoken to Jayce and made him aware on the update on this report.

On a separate note. @Chilli I respect your decision about not wanting liaison with us however I don't agree with the fact you made this decision based on what another person has told you, this individual has been nothing but disrespectful about anything to do with slavs IC and OOC and It is now starting to turn into straight up toxicity. I'm still more than happy to attempt to liase this situation with you if you wish to do so.

In the clip you've provided you can hear the OIC speak about a previous breakout that occurred with this member of the gang. You were aware that a breakout was highly likely and that we wanted the person back. Likewise the person in custody ( Jack White ), knew that we were going to break him out if he was ever to get arrested and in this case he was arrested in front of us. During his arrest there was a gunfight between police and multiple members of slavs. In that gunfight several officers were injured and Adam Senior lived. The background has been established and the RP behind the arrest was still fresh together with the hostility between police and slavs.

was the gunfight still going on the entire time. No as per previous reports it does not allow you just to KOS on the next encounter.

The rule for RDM states

Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM.

While you say it was not random because of the above message it still lacked any quality roleplay before shots where fired

What is disappointing is from Leon's clip you can clearly hear someone call out "This isnt going to work" due to the road block being taken out. By this point a subconscious decision was made. Take the L and let us get to prison or see what we do after spikes. Or go for the win. In this case the win route seemed to be taken by opening fire because you knew the roadblock was no longer effective.

Even if this was the reasoning for opening fire. You are responsible for making sure you are following the rules. If what you are doing could be a rule break IE no high quality RP has taken place then you shouldn't be escalating to shooting. Police have been banned in the past for similar

I like the analogy however it seems this is being repeated time and time again when ever the Slavs are involved in something the police *cough* firearms *cough* Don't like, Its almost like its been said for a week straight and now it has been bought IC and onto different characters which is directly affecting our RP! how cool!

So to be honest, its getting boring hearing this because it seems when ever given the chance to its bought up that "The Slavs shoot without speaking to you" given yes this did happen this time but it has been something said before this report was even made. its almost like we are the duck waddling up to the lemonade stand (Mr/Mrs phonetic alphabet) and asking for quality rp with firearms and then being turned away with childish comments and attempted rage baits very quality!

To give you an example of what could be done in a week instead of constantly bickering about Slavs in the firearms jerk circle. You could actually Watch the duck song 3,150 times please pass this advice onto the person who has constantly got our name in their mouth thanks.

Yes I agree no quality roleplay was provided, we are trying to get to the bottom of who shot first no one disagreeing with you here its matter of marking where everyone was and figuring out who took the first shot.

Hello Mason, Looking at the current POV's at play and basing off what I know and what I can remember from this night. I am sure it was me who took the first shot I was not aware what I had done falls under RDM I thought the rp was established and did not realise that it would cause this big of an issue unfortunately my clipping software has not been working for a couple days I used AMD software and it sometimes just stops working I am not sure why I have switched to medal recently to fix this so I cannot show a POV but I shot a little bit before the go call was given pretty much right after the spike where hit by the car. I am very sorry for all parties involved I am relatively new to RPUK and have tried to keep a clean record through out my time on the server I hope you can understand this was a mistake of judgment on my behalf and I am willing to accept any punishment given.

I haven't interacted with slavs on any of my other characters but you talk about random stuff sure.

With regards to being new while inherently shouldn't be a get out of jail free cars. I'm glad RPUK does utilise the fair ban system and rdm not being a perm ban because unlike combat logging as you said you wasn't sure this would fall under. While there is sort of spike strip rule I can see side of the active argument to a new player. and the fair ban system does give a chance to redeem should this be the case and a nudge to go back to the rules to see the faults with this situation and help prevent future.
