I executed a smile right outside of kavala square. In a matter of minutes later, he returned to the area, thereby breaking NLR. He then shortly after proceeded to attempt to lockpick my vehicle inside of the greenzone. I feel as if this player has little to no regards for the server rules, thereby a report was filed.
