I rolled up to situation where I was told by someone that people were getting robbed at our blackmarket we came and just had a chat to the man that was there he then started to get lippy towards me and gave me abuse I said if you carry on you could get a bullet in your head the 2 seconds later with my gun lowered me and mahula got a bullet in our heads. As you can see the guy in the ghille suit is quiet for several seconds before I was shot. I believe that the guy in the ghille was speaking down TeamSpeak telling his friends that he he was threatened because how would the guy that shot know that his friend had been threatened? You can see from my surroundings that the guy was not in the proximity to hear me threaten the guy. I had, at no point, made any initiation towards the guy or told him to put his hands up.

I thought we had agreed with @Robbie that if any problems should arise between the UNMC and ourselves we would talk about this ? Clearly you don't want to discuss and decide to report.

What i will say is this, you initiate on my friend and you say " Ill put a bullet in you're head " you threatened his life you were taken out. 

 
That was when tensions were high between us, that was months ago and reports were been thrown left right and centre I do not believe that is valid anyway its a clear rule break and I do not wish to resolve it. Even 3 staff members said it was a clear cut of RDM and a rulebreak.

Also I never even pointed a weapon in the first place It wasn't an initiation or a threat I was just stating it could end up like that.

Upload a longer video please 3-5 mins I heard what you were saying i was literally 20 m in front of you, unfortunately I dont have a video as i didnt shadow play it as i had done nothing wrong, In my eyes its a petty report and you're out to try and get people banned as you say this happened at 17.00 when in fact it was 17.25 and then you upload and write a report within 30 mins lol.

I request a longer video showing the 3-5 mins as required by the forum rules of the situation.

 
I have made my case and it has been submitted and I will request the admins deal with this.

Which you have said that this is a RDM case.

When you first arrived you were pointing a gun at us saying "put your hands on your head" Threating us with your rifle. So what you have just said in your report about what i quoted, you are lying about.

John Dillinger was hiding to the left hand side of the church and could hear and see everything you were doing.

This is why i am asking for a longer video as you are clearly lying, You also did threaten my life by saying

its convenient that this is the case, i find it interesting that you cant show the part where you jumped out with you're gun pointing a gun in my team mates face saying " put your hands up now ". 

Seems like you just dont want to show the threat to his life. 

The other guys perspective would of been better

Never did once say put your hands on your head at all, the idea your probably getting that from is that me jumping out the car at the start shouting "put the weapon away"

I never said put your hands up.

 
Threats a threat and i was in ear shot of it and saw everything, in my eyes you initiated a threat to life and since i was in the ear shot and saw it you were killed.

I didnt hear are you would be shot, i heard you were going to shoot him in the head, so i took the shots to save his life, as its been said before if no one wants to talk and just report then nobody can see from the other persons point of view.

Could of been resolved in 5 mins in team speak but you reported within 30 mins of it happening, It looks bad from your view and if we were given the chance to explain then maybe it could of been sorted.

 
I have put all my evidence forward and it is now turning into an argument which is just one side against another I request it to be locked till an admin deals with it. 

 
Okay, so this was a hard decision to make so I got views of the staff team, and we decide as as a team to go by the rules. The rule states as show here (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban). That in order to kill people Quality Roleplay must be given. In this situation it was not, you shot of a what in my eyes wasn't a threat to life as it seemed to me he was not going to shoot of it.
