What best describes this incident: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: During a situation between Hustlers and Cutlass I was on popular street going back an fourth with Terry on tweedle. We spoke in QE about this incident and he didn't think it was RDM as of the fact I posted a photo on cutlass turf (Popular Street) with a caption of "Pull up". In his mind he thought he could come on top of the bridge and fire shots at me without any interaction. For me this is no doubt RDM and poor roleplay from a person who's been in the city for some time now. I think the bare minimum should be words exchanged not messages on tweedle gives a valid reason to shot someone.

why are you reporting this situation 24 hours after after that QE resulted in everyone leaving happy and you clearly saying you didn’t call me to QE to report but just to have a conversation about how it could have gone a different way? strange how this report comes right after another report that’s been put up to me it seems there’s more of an agenda behind this report con i’d like to hope not

when i’m on my pc ill post my POV however your in an active beef with cutlass posting on turf daring me to ‘pull up’ its also convenient you’ve stopped your clip right where your hidden card pull out.

also mate while we are on this report do you want to tell me how Daley (known from the QE call and tweedle posts) has managed to get his manchez i believe it to be up on top of that bridge as i cant see anything other than GTA driving to get up there personally this wasn't reported originally due to the liaison call we had but it seems that hustlers are calling people to QE to talk out situations and lead people into a false sense of security. i personally feel this report is to try and eliminate an active cutlass member from being in fights to benefit your gangs progress in city and this is why you've waited 24 hours to post in in a reach to double up on the reports and get members of the community banned. So the 24 hour period of reporting isn't a be all-end all. After some time considering it, I believe a rule was broken and I've reported it, as rule breaks should be. Also, the report was put up within the 24 hour period.

By your POV, nobody else can report if there's already been a report put up against someone in either of our gangs, which clearly is not the case.

"when I'm on my pc ill post my POV however your in an active beef with cutlass posting on turf daring me to ‘pull up’" Me saying pull up still doesn't warrant me being shot at by someone completely randomly, without any indication the shooter was part of the gang I'm fighting, pull up means pull up, not hide on a bridge thinking you're Lee Harvy Oswald trying to get a headshot mate.

I fail to believe that me reporting rulebreaks has anything to do with me wanting people gone from the server? I feel rules were broken, so ive reported it. Just like you should and Cutlass do. I'm here to enjoy roleplay and have fun on the server, and me getting shot from a bridge by a completely unknown assailant is not fun whatsoever, but I guess you wanted a little win instead of engaging in some quality RP, which im always more than obliged to do.

I wont be replying further unless staff ask me too.

Firstly, I'd like to start off with a warning for you both.
This is an adult community, and I understand things can be frustrating - but the sly digs and comments at one another are not constructive to the report.

Now, do you have your POV @josh96 of this situation? And can you explain your side of the story?

hello violet thankyou for taking time out of your day to reply to this report.

So by the time of this report we was well into it with Hustlers back and forth fighting most days and it was very hostile between the two groups. Me and Connor was having 'beef' over tweedle due to the hostility of the gangs when Connor proceeds to dare me to pull up to my OWN TURF for everybody to see posing in front of the arcade and posting it on tweedle. I then pull up to our Bridge and see him doing wheelies around the Arcade, baiting a reaction to which he got.

Isn't part of this report - This is an entirely different situation.

However, from what I have seen in both clips - there has been no Quality RP provided. It isn't random, but not great either.
There has been 'beef' leading up to this, including the baiting - which I will get onto in a moment. But, you stood up on the bridge watching him for a rough minute, most likely deliberating what to do in that moment and time. Instead you just opened fire, with no RP provided.

As for @Connor_1878 - What was your decision to go down to Cutlass turf, on your own - to bait that reaction?
That's essentially like walking around in front of a police station, with a gun out, even though you don't see any police officers - and not expecting to get arrested.

Hello violet sorry for the late reply.

My intentions to go down to cutlass turf was just to enjoy abit of RP which I have been doing the whole beef as they can probably agree themselves. Yes we was going to most probably grab terry as that was the plan as we had 2 other hustler members waiting around the area incase terry did come.

In the case of you saying "To bait a reaction?" This isn't the case. Like I've mentioned above it was to create a good scenario and to make it enjoyable for both parties. In the past time of me being in the server I have been able to go to other opponents "Turfs" and been provided good quality RP from them even if it's one on there own or 20 of them about.

We're all here to have abit of fun as it's a game and to not take it too serious as it's not life or death. Am not a person to get people banned for no reason and now to answer the baiting question that was not the case I went down for some roleplay and was provided fuckall.

Also like to add abit to the ending where you said "That's essentially like walking around in front of a police station, with a gun out, even though you don't see any police officers - and not expecting to get arrested." RP would be provided in this situation so it's kind of different to the situation on cutlass bridge as no words got exchanged + 0 RP had been provided to myself

If your intention was for RP, I'm all for it - but it can also be seen as baiting for a reaction. More creativity in causing disputes between gangs.

Right, as mentioned earlier - it's not random in any shape or form. You're clearly in a heated dispute on tweedle, and even post a picture with yourself outside the turf. Anyone can guess from that point on, you've put yourself in that dangerous situation of people turning up.
However, it wasn't great either - there was no quality RP provided, no interaction other than shooting down from atop the bridge and some tweedle posts.
More could have been done, and said.
