Please (in detail) describe the incident: Well, I responded to a call for back up from Jolly as he was dealing with a traffic stop. Once I arrive, I see one individual draw and aim a gun at his head. I press my panic and aim back at him in an attempt to challenge, once I see more people decamp with guns I reverse to give them some space and stop pointing my weapon as I am on the radio. In an attempt to make sure Jolly was safe. As I am reversing on the radio I get shot by the guy in green and every possible scenario of RP is shut down.

From my POV, no commands were heard, I was just shot. But if you check the other 2 POVs, the initial suspect was whispering when giving said commands, which happens. However, the guy who shot was clearly within range to hear and still decided to shoot.

We did go QE but we kept going in circles as the real issue at hand was not brought up; the shooting too quick and dealing with the aftermath later.

Hello mate, bit unfortunate to see you’ve put this report up as you stated last night you didn’t wanna take this further but here we are,

I will start with we had a member of ours nicked as yous would know as we attempted to get him out but yous officers instantly cut off the chase by shooting our wheels out. And the rest of TFA got away and you officers would have know it’s us by our personal cars. So yous were already on high alert with us as we would presume.
This Is where I would like to start off with your clip, your first statement in the clip was “TFA and Slavs have been trying to grab fed today”. This shows that yous as officers was slyly onto what we was planning and we already thought we was at high risk for being targeted for the chase we just had. We planned to grab an officer in an attempt to hostage swap for our patched member.

So in your clip you hear jolly ask can he have help on this FTS to where this is when I spot him and radio to Mickey that he needs to pull up first. You pull up seconds before me decided to panic without giving any coms to your officers, you them proceed to pull out a gun and aim it at our member to then this is where you see me jump out of the car and aim one at you, as this is one of the first things we look for when in these situations. This is where mickey started to shout to you to “put the fucking gun down” multiple times, to which we now understand that you couldn’t hear him, but this is where I start to walk over and you decided to reverse to which we think your the only officer there who has seen us to which we shoot you as in our eyes you didn’t comply with our demands.

I understood that in qe you was very upset about the situation and thought we was going in circles, but I thought via the fact we understood that you couldn’t hear mickey when he was giving you demands and that I apologise for the way the situation went, that it wouldn’t come to here but I guess we’ll leave this up to staff cheers mate.

That chase probably happened an hour or two before the incident, if memory serves me right. It has no bearing on this scenario, in my opinion. I was aware that TFA had rammed officers earlier today—myself included—and Slavs have been on a spree kidnapping officers lately, so yes, that’s why I relayed that information. If you guys were actually looking to arrange a swap, as you mentioned in your reply, you wouldn’t have shot me when I was no longer drawing my weapon—you would’ve negotiated instead.

From Hill’s POV, you don’t see me with my weapon out, as I was complying with the demands and was on the radio. After the first time he told me to put my gun down, I did so—as shown in all POVs—and even with my weapon down, I was shot dead and all RP was cut short.

I wasn’t upset in QE—rest assured—but I was disappointed. In the past week, I’ve had to go to QE almost daily during or after sits with OCGs, because the RP is always cut short by someone who shoots first and ends the scenario entirely.

Well then it is quite disappointing the fact that I am the only person out of this “week” of the same situations you’ve had to be reported as you did say in qe last night you wouldn’t take it further.

With all due respect, you took ONE single frame of the one possible single frame after my radio animation. I even went and checked on Premiere, it is quite literally one frame and which point I was already getting shot at. A correction to your statement would be 'The last shot was taken whilst your weapon was back out', it was out as I got shot at at the animation cancelled.

In QE if memory serves me right I said there was no point in taking it any further in QE, as we were going in circles.

In my opinion, its a shame that you have changed your approach to this situation @timmy chaps. In QE you was understanding of our situation and admitted fault that you had shot to early under the assumption that @Billy Bubbles commands where clear to us as officers, when infact this was not the case. I'm aware you have acknowledged this. It seems that you have gone on the defensive to attempt to justify your actions now. My only concern that hasn't been mentioned unless I have read past it, is that:

You state this was commanded multiple times, In a different scenario where @Dante can hear you, do you still think the time after the first command from @Billy Bubbles and the time that the first shot was fired was justified? Because I dont think 1.5 secs after is justifiable. Nobody has the reaction time (even if they heard all commands) to stop the motion of the car and surrender, let alone drop their gun. I would also like to point out that @Dante is already in a reverse motion when the commands have started.

I think as a group we understand the fundamentals here. Its black and white, The commands that you thought were audible were not. @Dante was shot with no form of RP being provided to him.

What gets me is that I tried to explain my way of thinking last night in QE about what could of happened. But my words were misunderstood, or twisted. So if we looked at this situation from your POV only. I think there are still bigger issues to be explored other than the RDM.
