My friends were fighting against TCK when i connected to the server. I didnt go to the fighting area, i wasnt involved in the fight, i only watched from distance. I went to the altis post building and looked around and then one of the TCK member started to shoot at me for no reason. I didnt die because altis post is "green zone". I dont know exactly who the shooter is but i know that he is in TCK.

I was not the one shooting you but I would just like to point out:

[SIZE=medium](6.2) Lethal weapons must be holstered inside both green and blue zones at all times.[/SIZE]

I also would like to add you was attempting to shoot from the greenzone as it said you pull the trigger yet nothing happends meaning you left clicked.

 
Yes i made the "click" sound for fun. Maybe this is kinda useless report because i really dont know who was shooting at me... But if the guy who shotted me reads this; Be sure of your target next time please.

 
Ok i'm going to outline a few bulletin points for staff to take into consideration.

  •  You're friends were in a gunfight with TCK but you ran into a active gunfight with your gun out  were spotted by our guys running in there.
  • You were pointing your weapon at a heli in a green zone, Then you began spotting for your friends with your binos, I ask staff to seriously look at you for exploiting a greenzone knowing you cant be killed in there are shot at.
  • You did not attempt to resolve, quite sad really as this could of easily be sorted
My final point would be that you yourself exploited and were clearly involved in the situation this does not make what one of my guys done right but i will defend him and say this, this green zone is a fairly new addition to the server and the person who shot is a new member to the community and we at the copper kings always try to help new players get used to server rules and help them.

Now what im going to add to this is why this situation initially began in the first place, Your " friends" RDM me as i will show in the video below this is why the gunfight started in the first place.

I tried to RESOLVE this with your friends by asking them multiple time in OOC and direct messages to their mobiles ingame and got no reply and they did not respond.

I was in the process of reporting your friends for RDM when i heard about this report, so now im going to ask staff to look at my video and instead of making a report im going to attach it to this one.

The players i wish staff to look at in addition to this report would be eki and sankkung also the guy who made this report for exploiting.

Yes i had my gun out but i was not involved in that gunfight. My friends were dead before i was even near the area. i just went to the building to look what is happening and i dont think that is a greenzone exploiting.

But i understand your point and accidents like this may happen. Maybe i made a mistake for keeping my gun out.

And about that RDM thing, im not sure what the situation was but my friends told me that you stole that tempest from them little earlier before that shooting happened. But i dont comment to that anything else because i werent there.

Admin, i want to reject my report because the situation that led to this was confusing and both sides made mistakes.

I did indeed steal it but that does not give them the right to shoot at me without initiation does it, I can upload a longer video of me stealing it where it shows no prior initiation.

You were seen with a gun out prior to running to a green zone and i would consider this as exploiting as you know that nobody can shoot you.

I would not like this report to be removed as my complaint for the RDM still stands as i was in the process of making the report when this one got put up so i added it on here for the sake of making the report.

I tried to resolve and talk to these guys and they choose to ignore me so i want to continue with this report.

 
Ok so from the mixed responses @TouhuMake You want to close this report however @TCK John Dillinger You want this report to stand and run it's course? Just so we are all on the same page here.

 
@Stuart Yes i want this report to run its course as i have stated i tried to resolve with these guys and they ignored my requests and i was in the process of making the report.

It was a clear disregard of the rules from these guys and there ignorance by leaving the server not long after there deaths show they don't care about the rules let alone resolving the issue.

@KaptainKush was the TCK member who shot into the green zone, he is fairly new to the server only playing here for i believe two months and with the post office only being added as a green zone fairly recently he did not know about it.

I stole your truck and your point is ? i ran into your friend by accident as the video shows and you can clearly hear me say " well i cant rob them now" as this would of been bad as i just ran one of you over.

You did not initiate on my tyres, you cant just shoot, I shot at you because you RDM me.

Just because he stole your truck does not give you the right to shoot him. The VDM looked accidental as there was no way he could of stopped or avoided running him over as he came around a corner. You cant just randomly shoot at tires without initiation. And lastly he had every right to shoot back at you as you guys shot at him first.

Action taken for RDM as you can see in the video both Eki and Sankkuq shot at the tires without saying anything.

With regards to the greenzone. We all know that greenzone is a fairly new addition. So im going to be giving both TouhuMake and Kaptincrush a warning as its arguable that both of you broke a rule that violates the greenzone. But by the looks of it neither of you guys were aware of that area being a greenzone at the time and if you knew it was im sure none of you would of done what you did. So i feel it would be unfair to issue a ban as its simply not needed.
