Please (in detail) describe the incident
We were on a normal patrol when we spotted 2 armed people in Athira, I hopped off the Heli in search of the 2 guys, When I got to there location They both had weapons pointed at me. They explained to me that there was a person shooting around here and killed one of there friends. A hemett then appeared, and they attempted to run off, I told them I was not done speaking to them, and told them if they drive off I will shoot there tires, I say it multiple times while then pulling my weapon. TheLastKing (Driver) and his buddy then stop the car, and both hop out, I say i just want to talk. They both hop out and without saying anything open fire on me.
After trying to talk to him via text to get him on Teamspeak, to which he doesn't seem to care and wants me on his discord, after trying to tell him what I believe he done wrong, he starts to tell me "get a life" and then states, lets meet man to man to have a "duel.
