We were going to talk to this person about something and when we said to place his hands up so that we could put the handcuff on him so that we could process him. Then he pulls out a gun and shot the PCSO that I was on pratol with at that moment within Kavala police station. Due to having more than one bit of evidence I will place two here.

While there is certainly not enough evidence here to confirm that the player broke the RDM rule, he certainly contravenes these two; 
 

[SIZE=medium](6.2.1) You must not attempt to kill anyone in a blue zone [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](6.2.2) Lethal weapons must be holstered in blue zones. This rule does not apply to the police. Breaking this rule can result in being kicked from the server.

The player in question has no forum account and I find it unlikely that this player has read the rules and as such I will be placing a ban on Thibo. If the player wishes to be a part of our community he will be able to appeal his ban in the appropriate section.
