Please (in detail) describe the incident
I kidnapped Tim and executed him because he was spitting on me. He then broke NLR and came back to the area. I told the player numerous times to read the rules, which he said he had. His excuse was that he had the right to play the game and spawn where he wanted and that he was going to the greenzone only. Even tho he was killed just outside of the greenzone. I told him I was unconvinced he understood the matter and invited him to come to teamspeak, which he did not bother answering. Later on in the evening when I was roleplaying a businessmen offering people certain services, he kept telling them I was unreliable and that he knew, using the knowledge of the events around his death and as such metagaming. Therefore I have decided to report the player for his rulebreaks.
