Those videos are not enough, the second has no vdming in it only someone in a broken truck then stopping and the first you cannot see the driver so for all I know they are different trucks. Evidence must be better than this for action to be taken, if possible you will need to show evidence that links these parts together and show the person within reason and his vdming.

The player is not banned so you may have confused him with someone else who has Tobias in their name at a point who is banned. Do you wish to close it still if you don't have further evidence?
