I was driving in my car and i saw a police car that had regular civilians in it, I decide to follow it, it hides round a corner and i follow it around, next thing he gets out of the car and randomly shoots me, i get out managing to kill him and he kills me, he thinks i am a cheater for killing him so quick, which i am not, and i explained i want him and his friend in teamspeak for shooting me without initiation and he says what is on the screenshot below.
