We had been chasing this guy for about 4 minutes and we hadn't shot at him at all, he was not stopping for anything until he either disabled his own car or just stopped, jumped out and started shooting at the nearest cop car killed him and then restrain glitched and killed me. I did ask him several times to come to teamspeak if he had the time and he kept ignoring me. He also stated that he was not restrained and if he was restrained there would be no way for him to shoot anyone, so he hadn't broke any rules. He obviously didn't understand that he was abusing game mechanics. Also he didn't issue any compliance on us and we didn't issue any on him, we only shot at him with rubbers after he had shot and killed an officer.
