What best describes this incident ?: RDM

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was taking a friend to Pillbox as he fell down the stairs outside the apartments just before storm and upon getting to pillbox someone got into the car I was driving I asked him what he was doing to which he replied "Dickhead shut up" and proceeded to run me over with little to no RP,  He then came back and took my phone and Radio. The videos I feel speak for themselves.

Good afternoon @Stirling!

For reports such as RDM, we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident.
Your footage shows roughly 40 seconds before the reported incident, are you able to provide us with a longer clip in the beginning?

I will have a check once home. It was straight after storm so may have the min or two beforehand 

 
@StirlingAs per @Danoowe need more as it would show a build up and on this occasion its not possible.

Due to that we will be denying this report, please do not let this put you off reporting people who break the rules.
