Please (in detail) describe the incident: I went to a clothing store, mid-way going through the menu I see someone come into the shop and attempt to rob me who we later recognised to be a coalition member. Not outnumbered or at a clear disadvantage I seized an opportunity to take out my pistol and roll away with enough distance to land a fatal shot. Whilst downed you can hear him in a discord call with other coalition members, such as Zycho as he can be heard clearly at (clip 1 - 12s / 22s). Zycho can be heard saying "who is it".

Things seem to get more than coincidental when a cutlass member in the stalls witnesses someone come into the clothing store and the downed member says "I'm here, I'm here" They also seem to pretend not to know each other, something very weird considering they are part of the same gang. I believe metagame was at play here when you consider the downed member in a VC with other coalition members and one randomly appears out of the blue and tries to save him (Clip 2). He tries to make it spontaneous as to the fact of why he was there and almost created a backstory in 5 seconds of randomly being in this clothing store at this particular time. Personally didn't have OBS open during this whole situation, but another cutlass member was recording the "aftermath" of the situation.

Hello Paul,
lets start of with the meta game conviction that you have accused me of,It all started when I was selling cocaine on Ballas turf for a mere 30mins at roughly 1am in the morning, after selling a bit multiple bikes and a few cars had gone past me not once but multiple times leaving me to believe that it was someone that could be trying to rob me or either cutlass, thinking about that I had realized that I had needed to change my clothes in order to change identity and also change bikes, I went from a red Sanchez to a black Sanchez which I had taken after leaving the clothing store with a new pair of clothes.

The person that was inside was a Coalition member and I was not aware of this until hearing a voice whilst changing my clothes, I was taking my time because I was AFK talking to a family member whilst changing clothes in the clothing store.You never called me to liason after the situation, I was the one that called you to a discord call after seeing this report up on the forums. I explained to you in the call that I was there because I was selling on ballas turf, you seemed to understand and I asked if the report was going to be kept up and u responded with the fact that you need to speak to Kash about it when he took no place in the situation or the call that took place.

When I had gotten to the clothing store I was changing my clothes and heard someone murmuring, I was confused and it was roughly 1am making me think it was a 'baldy' that was in the clothing store and they had no clue what they were doing so i had tried locating the person that I was hearing and the person was mumbling so I quite could not hear it, In the end I had understood and located the body. When trying to take him out a cutlass member came out of the changing room and took my phone and radio letting me walk out freely.

I would like to bring into light that if I had meta gamed (which i would never do) I would have had a weapon on me at least and ran in there with a weapon knowing that there was a cutlass inside or at least made an effort to stash the valuables on me like the cocaine I had in my pockets, but I didn't because it was NOT meta gamed, if your accusations were right then wouldn't you say that I would have known there was a cutlass member in the changing rooms.

During the end of one of the clips you have provided from Simon's pov he undeafens from a discord call mid-situation, why is that?

I called for liaison OOC to no reply. Your excuse is that you went to change out of colours whilst being out of colours? You were already disguised so I don't know what you are trying to say here. Not only this but Warren is hot micing communicating with those in a VC on what's going on before you "Ali Goob" coincidentally turn up. I believe what I've said and the clips speak for themselves.

Apologies If you did not understand it the way I have put it, allow me to re-explain.
I was selling drugs in out of color clothes and when cars were circling the area and bikes that kept going past me I had been suspicious and decided to change my clothes and change the vehicle that I was selling on to look completely different .

Not only this but Warren is hot micing communicating with those in a VC on what's going on before you "Ali Goob" coincidentally turn up.

Warren hot micing has nothing to do with me, you say you heard zycho but he was not even logged in at the time making it irrelevant, I stated why I was at the clothing shop,whether you think that it was a coincident or not is not my issue

If i were to meta game don't you think I would have known Simon was in one of the changing lockers?

Hello all,

Lets sort this report shall we?

So, straight off of the bat. @zychowasn't online at the time of this incident. It is also not against the rules to sit in a VC together, it is a rule to hotmic every interaction that you're having in the VC to what you're saying in game but I don't think thats needed here.

So lets look at the facts from this report. We have Curtis Warren clearly in a VC call with others, whilst this isn't against the rules it feels as though he is screen sharing his interaction due to Zycho stating 'Who is it'. Following this, Ali Goob arrives and starts to change his clothes whereas Ali and Curtis have an interaction. You mean to tell me that you don't know each other by voice? Hell, I know a lot of people by voice but maybe thats just me or maybe you lot tried to mask your clear metagaming with pretending you didn't know each other in case staff were observing from above.
