Okay, firstly i would like to say because this is something i see quite a bit. If you would like to be a cop then apply and become a cop. Other than that do not get involved in police chases, let them do there job. Its not up to you to stop these people and box them in, in a police chase.

So, ID 613 Drago Dyte will be Permenently Banned under C2.3
