Please (in detail) describe the incident: Whilst at Sandy one of our vehicles was stolen.
We had seen someone claiming to be selling the stolen vehicle on Tweedle up in Paleto and decided to head up there to get it back. You can see at 47 secs the first guy instantly disconnects as soon as he realises we're holding them up and the second guy decides to vanish from inside our car after 3 mins 22 secs.
We waited for the first guy to come back and he didn't. The second guy was in zipties, so we were satisfied when he decided to wake up next, he'd have a hard enough time stealing anyone else's car for a while...
Didn't capture their IDs at all, but got the below 2x Tweedle messages from around the time, so perhaps devs can identify the people in the video from the Tweedle accounts themselves?

So looking at the evidence provided the players that combat logged I cant confirm nor deny if those players are linked to the tweedle accounts shown in the images also there was no poof of IDs within the evidence so in future please try your best to get ID's of players so we have clear cut evidence, so with that being said this report will unfortunately be declined.
