Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and James finch were driving around on usual bike patrol when we spotted a person dealing drugs at triads we detained him for a stop and search during which a person in a car with blue underglow decided to randomly run myself and james finch over downing us both neither myself nor finch had any previous interactions with this man and we were both confused at who he was

Hello! After looking at the video, and doing some digging, luckily I found out who this was! Better police officer than the police officers 

So, you're doing a stop and search on a person who has been dealing drugs. You place him in cuffs and as you are doing the stop and search procedure, the drug dealer, your college, and yourself gets run over by ID 208. (I'm good at digging, that was his ID at the time he ran you over).

Looking at the video, it's rather easy to see that RVDM occurred here, so I will not be adding more to it.
