Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was in pillbox from a police situation that happened before and had my friends waiting for me to get up so we can go along with our nights i got up and as we was about to leave the person said something to my friend (mart woody) and he went over to the guy and asked what he said when the person said "are you talking to me" then got up from the bed and instantly pulled a shotgun and shot mart with no prior rp i then ran away from the person after he shot him when he also shot me i believe this to be a clear breach of the NLR rule and possibly RDM mart did also try to contact the person via ooc to no response

Do you have any longer clips you could provide me, perhaps a few minutes before this situation occurred? 
I am aware you're only in a hospital bed, but I'd like to see if there were any further interactions?

Unfortunately I do not have a longer clip as medal only allows me to save and upload 2 minutes so i have no longer footage, I Would also like to add to this that i was AFK away from my PC so there was nothing else that went on

Good evening @fatexb,

As for the RDM part of this, for incidents like this we do require footage which displays 3-5 minutes prior to the incident. As this footage doesn't show me that, I cannot act on behalf of RDM as I could be missing some context prior (I know this is unlikely but a lot more could have happened).

Now, as for the player getting out of the bed and shooting two people is a breach of G4.5!
He did not wait the 15 minutes as stated since getting out of his bed & he initiated the combat situation after being revived by shooting.

Due to the above, I will be actioning this report with the following today:
