Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was responding to a drug dealing police dispatch on Strawberry Ave, where I observed a handshake, therefore attempted a stop
He failed to stop and I subsequently persued him for a short period of time.
His black in colour Feltzer became damaged and after a short persuit it began smoking on Elgin Ave, where it rolled to a stop at 18:16, the moment i hit the 'Failure to Stop' dispatch, he disappears.
I stuck around in the area for about 10 minutes and also reached out in OOC in the case of a head pop, however no response.
Unfortunately due to the unexpected nature/turn of events, I did not anticipate this and have not obtained a session ID, therefore I understand it may be difficult to identify this individual, however, i am hoping with my accurate time stamp, that this is the saving grace.
