What best describes this incident ?: Combat Log / Logging to avoid arrest

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and the officer I was with observed whoever this person was selling drugs, we pursued them for some time until they did, an arguable stunt jump, and crashed before fleeing on foot. I drove past them and clipped them slightly with my vehicle which caused their character to stumble and fall over. However, he got back up and ran off again so clearly didn't impact him too much. We waited around for about 10 minutes and he didn't return. No idea who it was so was unable to request QE/PL to resolve before report.

The first Video was indeed me and my game crashed i flew back in straight away and saw that the police was arresting my friend so i took the chance and ran away 

The Second video is not me nor do i even know who that is

 

 
Yeah, bud, I had your evidence from the arrest on my copy-and-paste key and thought I'd cleared it when I uploaded the second video. To be clear, the first video (with Pyroxd) is NOT the reporting clip but rather the second video with the guy who logged out or crashed.

I don't, to be fair. It was a local vehicle and I'd never encountered him before. It was around 1740, hit or miss a few minutes, but other than that I'd have no idea. No worries if you can't locate him, I'm not too pressed. ❤️

It took sometime but I was able to locate them. 

There is not much else I can say apart from this is a clear combat log and break of character.
