Please (in detail) describe the incident: We had a PIC in the cells and he managed to find out my train ticket and when asked what his train ticket was by the probie when recieving a ticket he used my train ticket instead of his own. As seen in the evidence the individual knew what he had done as you can hear him laughing after i find out i recieved the ticket instead of him. Clip timestamp - 2min 55secs onwards.
