Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was tracking guys that stole my mates car and once i found them i asked them why and what for and they did not care much fair ig then one of them jumped on my car i told him get off he did not, so i got in my car and parked it to the side once i started talking to them again the same guy that was jumping on my car then got in it i pulled out a gun and gave him verbal warning he did not listen so i killed him, and gave warning shots and verbal warning to his mates they one of them talked to me and said why i did that for and whilst talking to him his mates got in a car and just hit me going full speed and then all hell broke loose see in clip now they dumped me in the sea

Shame to see this be a report but hey ho!

Looking through the clip here first I will comment on behalf of everyone in the group It was not RDM at all from any of us as. You did tried to say this to us in game (Breaking RP) understand you maybe frustrated by dying but no excuse.

From what I can also see in the video the guy that ran over, you just shot his "friend" me and then threatened him saying "I will kill you all" he is in his right to run you over. Also VDM is not a rule RVDM is as explained in the latter there was a reason.

Sorry this went the way you did not want, and you maybe upset at this but at the end of the day it is a game by that clip you seem very angry at it and to be honest mate you need to calm down.
Wont reply further unless staff ask us to but yeah.

You was literally speaking to someone using OOC means throughout the clip (G3.1) OOC Information Permanent ban Minimum 1-month cooldown Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages. Big rule this trust me I know!

@joooonon Glad you've resolved it, and I see you've deleted the clip, however I did watch it first.
You are clearly in an external call with at least 2 people during this situation and communicating with them - I won't take it any further here, but make sure you are familiar with and following the OOC communication rules, otherwise next time we will likely end up issuing bans.
