Description of what happened: I pulled up to assist a fellow officer and unSkilled drove straight towards the owner of the truck and VDMed an officer. I issued compliance and he started to run so i rubbered him and restrained them. As soon as i restrained him, he logged off the server.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No as the user got off the game and could not be found in TS.
