Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was last on scene with my boys talking to someone.. he initially ran me over and me and ojay walked away, as i was looking behind i could the guy jump out the car, and start fighting my firend, me and ojay ran back and a fight insued.. after realising he was loosing, he ran off and logged off. couldnt deal with it in discord as he logged off

After digging into the logs & matching it up with the footage you have provided me I have indeed found the person in question!
The footage provided by yourself shows a clear cut combat log, due to that I will be acting on this report with the following today:
