This guy crashed in to us potentially VDM but we decided to let it go as he looked new we then ANPR his vehicle and we noticed he was wanted for 200k I took that in to consideration by lowering his ticket dramatically he then starts to be unresponsive so I just continue to repeat myself because he would not decline or accept the ticket. After I explained to him in OOC how long prison is for he combat logs. Was unable to find this guy on teamspeak as the name is just too generic.
