Please (in detail) describe the incident

Myself and my friend (ReconDude) Held Vinnie at gun point whilst he was selling diamonds, He complied for a few seconds then started to stall, after around 1 minute of him stalling my friend started to say "drop your weapons and clothing or i will kill you, you have 5 seconds" before my friend counted down to 2 Vinnie turned round and tried to spray him down, my friend killed him in the matter but it was VERY poor Roleplay.

Sorry I should’ve included this in the report someone just informed me but the whole reason we done the countdown was because he wasn’t complying with us, we felt like he wasn’t going to listen whether he died or didn’t die.

Right now I don't see any sort of quality roleplay happening here from either party involved and quite disappointed as you @Vinniee for one should have been able to provide better than that considering your time on our server, that being said as well the quality of roleplay from Recondude is very low as well along with the fact of him using the forbidden number game when having someone comply with their depends.

So as of now Recondude you will have action taken against you for the lack of quality roleplay which resulted in RDM after the forbidden countdown.

As for you Vinniee punishment will also be given to you, you should have known better and roleplayed back more than what you did and upon wanting to shoot have provided quality roleplay as well since you just turned around and shot.
