So i was dealing with a report from another player tryign to resolve when this guy comes along and shoots me in arac with no initiation whatsoever. After that incident i tried to resolve the incident with him and get a message in russian which i cant understand. After this happens he combat logs and is then seen in kavala ziptieing civilians. One of my friends was shortly ziptied in kavala square(GOVERNMENT ZONE) and took out the gov zone and killed. In total there should be multiple reports with the same situation explained. After joining teamspeak to resolve an admin tried to speak to him ingame so find out what was going on only for him to be faced with Wahid Abdullah combat logging(again). My video isnt very good as i was uploading a previous video and tab back in to be killed with no voice or initiation.
