Please (in detail) describe the incident
we were dealing with a situation, and a police car was stolen by the player werwe, fair enough. I then spot him and go after him when he reaches kavala square he drives unto I crowd of 3-4 people without the attempt to avoid, then proceedes to the peach trees and does another very suspicious turn into another crowd of 3-4 people of average peach farmers and destroyes their car and a couple of peach trees. we then chase him down on foot get him in restraines, when I was checking to see if I was recording werwe then decided to combat log in the restraines
