Please (in detail) describe the incident
I had my helicopter stolen and went to investigate this matter. After landing next to them, inside of NPAS, I proceeded to hop on the bench and talk to the pilot of the helicopter, informing him I'm the registered owner and that the helicopter is stolen. He proceeds to get out of the helicopter and opens fire on me with his rook.
As I see it, he has breached the following two server rules:
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
(6.2.1) You must not attempt to kill anyone in a blue zone
I asked him to come into our liason, However he didn't have teamspeak. I requested for him to download it, and have unfortunately not heard from him since.
