Please (in detail) describe the incident: So my mate was arrested for a warrant and taken to MRPD, I was unable to do anything so I went looking for a way to get him out which was to take a officer hostage and use it as leeway to get my friend back by negotiations. So an officer nearly goes past me and stops by me so I create a fake story for him to get out his car and be vulnerable, It was a officer on his own so I saw my opportunity to take him hostage. I then pulled out my blade holding it behind him and said straight away not to panic. He didn't panic and put his hands up. On my command of drop your radio he then panicked and dropped the radio making more officers turn up. He valued his life by putting his hands up and getting in the car but he decided to go against my main demand and panic. resulting me 700 months in jail.
I then asked for TS resolution in which he ignored me asking, knowing I'm asking & I've been sat in liaison for over an hour, I didn't want to make a report but this is silly behaviour
