I was going to the rebel outpost from the airport and landed on the roof. I was locking picking a humming bird. When I acquired the keys I started the engine. VIper ran out of the rebel outpost and opened fire, killing me not saying anything. I asked him if he wants to talk about it, because I think it is RDM but he did not come.

okey, This is clearcut. Not much words for needed. STealing a heli does not mean he can just shoot you out. 
Their was no roleplay. therfore this is straight RDM. The player name is Viper, But that is just to clear things out. 
Player has already been banned for 2.8. But that does not mean this is not RDM. Therefore i will note this down on his record.
