Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was storing my ARAC truck at the garage in Kavala , when another truck hit me and lands up against a building , the guy came and asked for help , and as i was helping him another guy (YourNansWheelieBin) turns up, pulls out a pistol and says " hands up or die" , giving me very little to no time to respond
I tried to contact him via OOC to ask him to come have a chat on teamspeak but he ignored my request , i always messaged him in-game but again no response
I would also like to add that ive been a member on this island for over 3years and this is the first time ive felt like ive needed to report someone , I spend most of my time here helping others as an ARAC driver , its an unspoken rule that you don't go round killing ARAC/Taxi drivers etc , but even if i wasn't ARAC, "hands up or die" and then shooting someone before you can even respond is very poor RP imo.
