We had been chasing a vehicle belonging to a Zacho for approximately 10 minutes (from Kavala) when going towards Airport fuel, a group seems to have placed down spike strips and caught his vehicle. At this point no initiation had been made from either side, and once he vehicle stopped he immediately opened fire on myself and Guberg. I asked him to come to TS, to which he didn't and started to argue that once we chase people he can just shoot us through text messages, with one of the messages being shown in the video.
