So, I went to the alluminion processor, saw him, just started processing. Half-way through processing he tells me hands up. I proceed to put my hands up, then he robbed me of 2k. Then, he pulled out a gun and shot me in the face. As soon as the police came, he logged off. - I tried resolving it, but he just RDMed me again.

Even though we can not hear your voice in the video the only words we hear from zazapap is "hands up hands up" around 9:57 and nothing else. You decide to comply and he proceeds to rob you. At 10:25 He then decides to execute you without any reasoning, warning or anything at all which is a clear breach of rule 7.1.3. After the police arrive at 11:10 he decided to alt + f4 to avoid any punishment or roleplay from the police which clearly is a break of rule 2.5.
