Noted as VDM, but also includes attempting to steal vehicles in the green zone. Both these players spent around 15 to 20 mins trying to, or actually stealing cars in the green zone then attempting cause explosions by repeatedly ramming them into others. I have uploaded 3 videos, in the third you can see Neo after e has gotten out of the SUV after ramming the ATV and running over everyone. I asked both of them if they had read the local laws and neither seemed to care, choosing to continue afterward.
