I and other members of my gang have logged on after 8 PM restart to transport gold stolen during an HM robbery to the Gold Buyer. Few minutes after us spawning in a red hatchback sport comes around, dropping a guy by our gate. We were after a long gunfight with Armed Response and decided to be very hostile to anyone who approaches u, considering that we have 300 gold bars ready to be transported. Let's leave aside the fact that guys from Fusion knew about the fact that we are transporting gold, I'm sure that they got this information in roleplay
right?
I approached a guy by our base, requesting him to leave the area, or his I'll shoot his brains off. Zephy agreed to leave and I believe he said that if he gets shot, his friends will retaliate. At that point, he complied with my orders, and for me, there was no reason to deem him hostile, nor open fire at him. A short while after, the helicopter comes in for landing. We issue warning shots and focus on getting rid of just another intruder. At that point, I get shot down by Zephy.
I've talked to him about this in presence of a staff member and Zephy denies to be in wrong. The staff opinion I've received was very similar, no rules broken. I do personally think that this was extremely poor and it shouldn't have happened at all.
I'm also aware of recent updates and changes to initiations, however, I believe that when I've requested Zephy to do something and he agreed to do it, therefore I've had no right to do any other hostile actions against him. Then he proceeded on getting into cover and shooting me.
He also counter-initiated by saying ''If anything happens to me my friends will shoot you'', which is something we accepted and decided not make any hostile actions against him.
Due to the current rule state, it's very difficult for me to accuse Zephy from breaking a specific rule, however, from my point of view it was a very poor roleplay, RDM and mild baiting.
Things like this shouldn't happen, and if this behaviour is compliant with rules that our community adheres to, there should be a discussion about their current state.
