Description of what happened: Two guys opened fire on us, i got one of them with a taser and another officer also got the other. We needed a car one was unlocked which was the TI guy but he locked it while restrained (fail RP). I was told to run to NPAS. My other officers stayed there, after 1 minute they shot upon. Rest is in video
