Description of what happened: I got tazed for no reason by Salt and then when i woke up my guy started walking to the left, so i made it stop and i layed down, then Capt C tazed me again for no reason and he moved me infront of the building next to the HQ, Then he sends me to prison without saying anything to me or doing anything, i wasn't in any vehicle so he wouldn't of been able to see that i had a bounty unless he meta-gamed me

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He said Personal insults after doing my job as a police officer, is abusive

Hello. 

So here is the situation. You were in the middle of the road and the patrol car I was in ran you over as we were entering the Kavala Police HQ. At 01:57 you saw the car coming, and moved INTO the path of the car. 

You then proceeded to enter the HQ while your gang members were in custody. Despite multiple attempts to stop you and tell you to leave the area, you refused to do so, so a colleague of mine tazed you. In the video at 02:30 you can hear us telling you to stop. You had a lot of interference so I suggest you sort out your comm conflicts. Anyway the point is we gave you multiple requests to stop. 

You continued to troll us, were warned you would get tazed by my colleague unless you stopped for a chat, and yet you continued. My colleague then tazed you, however failed to restrain you, so I did it myself. 

This is where it gets really INTERESTING. 

After I did my duty as an officer on the server, and restrained you for questioning by my sergeant - You decided to abuse me through steam chat. I reported this to my CI and Inspector, and they immediately told me to send you to prison. So this is what I did.

You have broken rules, and these rules can get you banned through your trolling and personal insults. Not only this but you didn't know my name and you blatantly metagamed.

I'm sure the higher ups in the force may chip in, however I will let an admin decide whether you are mature enough to continue playing on this server!

By the way, I am a PSCO, forgot to update my tag in the arma profile.

Abuse you mate? how is steam chat irlevant to in-game.

Trolling, I clearly didn't troll you're saying things that aren't true.

PS: You got banned for Body Glitching and I told you not to body glitch but you ignored me so yeah i think you shouldn't be on the server!

Hello, 

I was the Inspector in question, Capt C came to me and said he was receiving personal insults via steam from someone he had in custody. After discussing it with him we told him to send him straight to prison and not to justify him with any more of his time. If anyone needs to get into trouble for sending him straight to prison it is me, i authorized it because he was being offensive out side of the game, i do not regret this decision and still feel it was the correct call. 

I will not post again unless requested to do so by an admin. 

 
Unfortunately I have to add to this report in order to post more evidence against this player.

Today 17/08/2015 on server 1 from 3:40am onwards Ted started to troll me again.

Below are two videos. The first one is when I was very busy at the police station with two individuals I had to deal with. Ted came into the room and was running in circles, blocking paths and harassing myself and other players for 20 minutes before I started recording.

During this time he was warned multiple times that he had to leave the area, I said that it was a restricted area and police interviews were taking place. He did not leave so I left him for a while to I could process nevin kelly. He then upped the anti, so I gave him multiple warnings that unless he left, he would be tazed and escorted out of the HQ. He didn't

At this point, during an interview, he interrupted, so I tazed him, and my colleague restrained him, took him outside and spoke to him.

At this point you can see in side chat the chat between PC Stevie and Ted. He said "I hate the cops next to you" or something to that effect. Terrible RP, trolling, and saying that in side, which is not RP is not acceptable. Video below.

Moving on from this, after restart I had just spawned into Kavala HQ and was waiting for the PC to join me before going on patrol. Ted came back and instantly VDM'd me while outside the HQ doors. At this point I started to record. At the start of the video you can see the VDM message on my screen, and ted driving away. There was no one else near. 

He circles me and VDMs another person in the go-cart, then VDMs me AGAIN.

To conclude it is obvious that despite no provocation from me, he has a vendetta against me, and this is how he behaves.Trolling, rule breaking and personal insults. On the forums he counters this with non-sensical irrelevant things, and acts innocent. It gives him a bad name. He was kicked from one group for his bad attitude, and now Gc. I will compliment Gc on taking such prompt action in removing him, other people had also come to Zeiger regarding complaints against Ted. I seriously request that something is done about this, as I am out of patience regarding this individual and his personal animosity and all I want to do is have a good experience here.

Regarding the body glitch, he really is scraping the bottom of the barrel as I was banned for that and resolved - I didn't know what it was, you can find the request here for clarity. And this trash report against me won't go through I'm pretty sure.

I wasn't actually involved but I received a lot of insults and abuse from Ted via TS after I removed him from our gang, It's not the first time I've had reports about him and his response clearly shows the type of person he is. Thanks.

I believe i also have a video of him VDM'ing me upon spawning on to patrol. If you require this, i will post. However, with the way Ted was last night, im tempted to report him with intent to be banned from the server. I have always and will always talk to the people involved in rule breaking but i feel that this would be a pointless exercise after my experience with him whilst on patrol last night. In my eyes Ted, you shouldnt be on this server.

 
Ban issued to GC Ted for a rule 1C violation. Ill let someone who deals with reports answer it.
