Restart Notification

If its possible could there be a like a staff announcement 10-15 minutes before the restart. It would help people finish up what there doing and get somewhere where they won't be stranded when they log back on

I moved the 8PM to 4PM on live server.

In terms of stuff like 15 mins, 10 mins, 5 mins, this can be done if people wanted.

Will add one or two announcements, bear in mind their are some visual effects aswell that indicate a storm is coming. But I understand that not everyone get's that.
