Restraining people doesn't work - FiveM

Neither myself (Gruppe 6), or the police officers I tested this with could cuff. We tried SHIFT+R, ALT+R and using the CAPSLOCK key option. Doesn't work at all. 

Admincuffing still works however.

Hi, thanks for reporting. This bug was fixed in yesterdays' hotfix update. Sorry for the issues!
