Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: it wasn't any glitch the officer died and i got unrestrained and the other guy who had a ban appeal didnt get banned

No one died when you stop being restrained. If you can show evidence that the officer was killed either in the evidence against you or your own I will approve it.
